G U C C I 5,388 Posted November 4 Share Posted November 4 (edited) I’m shocked at how much I really like disease and f*cking love the video because I generally only really truly LOVE her ballads and live acoustic performances. This just isn’t the material the GP are looking for from her these days and if she had of released something in the vein of ARUTW she would have been top 10 minimum. Even with her older songs pulling large numbers, Disease just isn’t getting the best lead single treatment that it should to push it higher from the jump. I do think it will rise some but honestly with Joker 2/Harlequin/DWAS all out within close proximity, I’m not shocked that this song is only in the Top 40. She can either do a fan service album or a gp smash hit album, we can’t expect to have it both ways. This, people forget that the music industry is more than just "letting the art speak for itself".
