That scene, where she vomits her, I think it's the creation of LG7 gaga. As I understand it, witch gaga it's Gaga in her raw form, it's all her creativity, ideias, artistry, whatever you want to call it, all personified on that being, and she needs to create different versions of herself to fit the needs of the fans and the public. In a way, I think she feels like the world wouldn't accept her rawest form, and she's on this perpetual path of creating "new gagas" to keep the ball rolling, essentially, to keep her own career and ambitions going, the scene where the walls start closing in when she stops to dance is telling.
