Bad Romance is clearly the most popular Lead Single in this fan base based on countless polls.

 

Now that Disease has been out a week and weve had time to digest it... and so many are saying its her best song in over decade (or at least lead single), make your choice...

Bad Romance is an icon. But after sinking in, I can now surely say Disease is my 2nd favorite lead, and that's still a big achievement!

but it's not fair for disease, it's her best mv in the longest time, i understand if others don't share the same opinion but for me it exceeded all the expectations.

We have the insane visuals, the storyline, the easter eggs from past eras..  feels like something made just for the fans and I appreciate that.

Why do people keep creating [song] VS Bad Romance threads? You know damn well BR will always win.

Not because it’s the best song ever, but even if she did release the best pop song in history with the best music video ever, BR would still win ´cause people always give too much importance to the old and deny the newest work, it’s always worked like that.

I tend to say Bad Romance because, you know, it’s Bad Romance, a milestone in pop music history. Although I barely listen to it nowadays. But Disease is fresh and an awesome song. It’s giving me the same energetic feelings like Perfect Illusion, in a way darker tone. So, all three are sharing my top 3 equally.

For now Bad romance as a complete entity, from the fashion, preformances and overall delivery of the song. Now it's up to her to bring Disease to life  lets see if they sold bs with the Chromatica era, especially since theres nothing holding her back now, no covid, no lockdowns, no major historic protests, nada.

I love Disease. I liked it immediately, but even from that strong base it's a grower. Love the song.

But up against Bad Romance ? It's like one of those movie scenes where the good guy is fighting all the bad guys at the same time,and he's knocking them all out one by one, but eventually he hits this big guy and the guy doesn't even flinch and just grins at him instead.

I voted Disease simply because this song and era so far has re lit the same fire in me and thats an achievement in itself!
ALSO, getting my haircut in the barbers yesterday, Capital FM is on, "and heres your number 1 - love this new vibe from Gaga - its DISEASE!" IS IT NUMBER ONE IN THE UK? It might be the mid week number 1, regardless its a huge hit where I am so I personallly dont care about American numbers
