For example, I’m from Spain, and if we see 6pm Paris time we know that it’s also 6pm for us. And if she were to specify the timezone for Spain, the common thing is to say Madrid time (bc it’s the capital), why would she say Barcelona time? Or Milan time instead of Rome. If she just wanted to tell when the single is dropping, she could have just said: “2am centrael europe time, 1am uk time” and everyone would understand.
