I know some of you are feeling a bit negative about it, but let’s keep in mind that this music is for us. Whether it becomes a huge hit or not doesn’t change the fact that Gaga has already reached legend and icon status. She’s done so much for music and inspired countless artists who look up to her. She already peaked as one of the most successful female artist that contributed a lot in the music industry. It’s only been a couple of days since the release, so let’s give it some time. Short disclaimer that Die With a Smile wasn’t an instant hit and It didn’t get much promo either, but it ended up being huge at the end. Sometimes, the best songs need a little breathing room to find their way. So, let’s enjoy this moment and keep our spirits up. We’ll look back on these days and realize how special they were. Let’s show our love and support for Gaga because she’s always been there for us. since 2015 all you wanted was dark pop now you got it what’s the problem? Look at the charts nowadays do you think those lame songs will be remembered in 2 3 months? Most of the songs chart just because of a random TikTok trend. Just to remember how random it was for Bloody Mary to become a hit 10 years later. Charts don’t give any credits or worth to a song. This is for US… it has been more than 10 years that there has been feelings bumbling of wanting DarkGa again, wanting experimental industrial-fused pop… wanting Rock vibes… on top of resurgence of Bloody Mary and Judas on Tik Tok.. DISEASE fuses all these things because she is now READY to do this for us…. What she delivered makes sense… This era will be a slow burner, which fits with who she is as a an artist now… she won’t be splashed everywhere this year, ***she just did a big 2024 promo tour for joker!*** We’ll get the video, maybe a live performance….. would be amazing to get either a Halloween/thanksgiving/NYE special, ….. maybe album name announcement during NYE or Christmas…. And we’ll still be here getting older still campaigning to RELEASE ACT II, GIVE ME TEA and TEMPLE…. WHERE IS DISEASE (Stefani’s version) etc etc 💀….. deep breathes and simply just enjoy, let the light in ….. It is an INCREDIBLE song and the exact kind of sound I've been begging for Gaga to experiment with. I truly couldn't be happier and it makes me sooooo excited to hear the album as well.
