During Btw and ARTPOP but also during Joanne if I’m not wrong she was way bolder and eloquent about where she was and what she was doing. The events in her career made her more and more detached then, from different perspectives. She used to explain with details every song, the creative process, which she doesn’t do anymore. She had a more physical relationship with her fans, and also, this is one of the things that changed the most. Even to these days, it makes me sad that as a fan I had to hear that she became more socially anxious, and the most worrying thing was hearing that during Chromatica she wasn’t “there” at all. We’ve seen this before, she usually regrets different bits of her eras (ARTPOP fans can u feel it) and that is WHY we are so worried. We feel whenever she is present or not, during Harlequin she seemed so proud, I thought I would have been a climax coming towards LG7, but it doesn’t seem like it at all. So yeah I hope it’s just us and our trauma of worrying about her peace of mind, I hope this silence is purposeful, I hope in any kind of justification. The one thing I know is that if she doesn’t become more vocal about the era from monday on, I’ll start to worry even more. I just want her to feel satisfied and serene. If not, I hope we don’t get silence until february with a post per month maybe. I would be sad too. So yeah, let’s hope it’s just a “weekend off”. Girl finally has what she actually ever wanted, love in her life. She’s said multiple times how creatively inspired and happy she finally feels without pain. Sure, I’m sure she wanted a different outcome for Joker 2, but I’m sure she’s happy she had another creative project right around the corner - and I’m sure her team have reminded her that the failure of that movie was not anything to do with her. The simple answer is likely that the silence and the mystery is part of the era's theme and aesthetic. Sometimes artists don't want to speak at length about their new album. Well, she's in love, and I haven't HEARD anything about any of her family being unwell (apart from Joe being a nuisance on Fox), so no reason to think she might be sad. I think she had so much planned leading up to the Oscars for the movie that all had to get scrapped. I do believe it’s taken a toll on her mentally sadly.
