Mr. S is very intentional with what and when he posts, so he's definitely describing "Disease" here. If not, he's calling Government Hooker and Scheiße "cheap electric dance pop", which wouldn't make sense because those songs are not that in any universe.  

The context is that he's basically reassuring the original poster than their dream/nightmare about the song isn't true because it in fact sounds like Government Hooker and Scheiße.

Well, to be fair, people on ATRL can actually see that quote and they all think Mr. S is referring to Disease itself. 

I guess we'll see in 2 days. And in any case, it's only his opinion. Some said Stupid Love sounded like a BTW outtake.

There's no fake narratives or setting up here. Mr. S is clearly referring to "Disease". The alternative doesn't make sense (him shading Government Hooker and Scheiße). Come on!
