I mean, yes, I did think that myself. But logically, it wouldn't make sense for him to describe Government Hooker and Scheiße as "cheap electric dance pop" because no one in the fanbase thinks that (and he is a Gaga fan). It also wouldn't make sense for him to break his silence about "Disease" solely to shade Government Hooker and Scheiße. What would be the point? I think we're safe here.
