Ugh, yes  I totally read her book on a whim. And I'm so glad I did. I really enjoyed it. You can hear her "voice" through out the whole thing. Made an entertaining and easy read.

Honestly , I think Ariana studied and emulated the most narcissistic talented divas. Even in her early days, she had that trrope about never showing her bad side which is a famous weird power move of Mariah and Barbra (who famously made Oprah reverse her whole set to do an interview...OPRAH). 

That's who she wants tp be. A grand diva vocalist. Maybe she's changed. Who knows.

The fact that they were free tickets is the biggest insult. Asking for 21 free tickets outright is shocking, that they were all M&G's is even more shocking. She's super rich, why did she not want to pay? I wouldn't be surprised if she told her friends that she'd bought all those tickets as a big treat, not letting on they were a requested freebie. Letting all her friends take photos with her but refusing one herself and then leaving before the concert began suggests that she just wanted to look like an amazing friend and didn't want to act fake for any longer than she had to. And what is with that reasoning? "I don't do that"?! Is she suggesting that Elvira will post it all over social media and call Ariana her bestie and everyone will assume they're friends? Calling her a clout chaser, essentially? Because that's the only reason I can think of. Damn, the scandals just don't stop with this girl. It's a wonder she's been able to keep this side of her secret for so long.

The last sentence especially is perfect. People really should've gone harder on her for doughnut-gate. I had my misgivings about her when that happened but by the time she collabed with Gaga, I'd really changed my mind about her and even remember saying "she's clearly a lovely person." Then all the stuff came out about her being a serial boyfriend stealer and now this and I'm left thinking my initial perception was correct. I have heard many people say that because she looks so child-like, she's assumed to be sweet, innocent and harmless, so she gets away with everything. I think she's fully aware, plays on it and uses it to her advantage. She always uses it even more when she wants to portray innocence. I just saw a great video that touched on this very thing:

Collabing with Gaga may have given us ROM but I'm starting to wish she'd picked someone else now. Considering Ariana never cited her or The Weeknd as her favourite collab and instead said it was her most recent one even though they're bigger names and Abel's done multiple collabs with her shows she's pretty much all about what benefits her in the moment.

Anytime you read anything bad about Ariana Grande remember first and foremost she is from Boca Raton - and then a lot of it makes sense. I don’t think she’s a bad person or intentionally rude based on all stories, she just comes from somewhere that has a very specific kind of social class that most people - even from the upper middle class can’t fathom.

I will say this, which is pretty obvious: when you're as talented as an Ariana, a Mariah, a Whitney, a J-Hud, you can kind of act however you want. There's a danger in that, but I don't really care about the dangers of her developing some rude diva-like behaviors. Much worse to me would be a Whitney Houston type situation where Ariana damages her voice (which is like a gift from god / the gene pool to the world) because no one around her tells her no, she is a diva, etc. 

Drug use, self-destruction, etc. — these *are* also quintessentially diva behaviors. I'll take a rude bitch over one who destroys herself any day of the week.
