Maybe it’s not an one-word title and she will eventually tease the other(s) words, apart from Applause all her lead singles had at least two words on their titles

Also from a pop star who makes songs called "Government Hooker, Scheiße, Swine, Dope, Teeth" etc, I think "Disease" is pretty in character don't you think?
