My Spotify didn’t change but I also have most of her library saved offline. I did just see it in You Tube Music though! Always good to see it on your own.  
 

I also bet the new song or album has its words spelled in all caps but the first letter in lower case too

if people are listening to the fame monster, technically dance in the dark shows on disc one, so it would 'appear' like D is first even though ILIR came first chronologically
