And it hurts LG7 too, at least the lead single... claiming people are brainwashed to hate the movie, on a forum dedicated to the actor in the movie, is kinda weird don't you think? Maybe think about if some of y'all are brainwashed to defend her. Not everything Gaga does turns out great, even if she makes great contributions. When you were in school and did group projects, not every project turned out great even if you did most of the work. It's not a criticism of your work, but the finished product. It was not nearly as misleading as Wonka or Mean Girls. And even those did not have such hatred. I rewatched the 3 main trailers for Joker 2 and there's not 1 scene shown where they are singing. Even going in to watch it I thought it would be just the scenes he would have visions with singing. Not constantly even when they talked. If in their interviews they said it's a full blown musical then perhaps less people would've gone to watch it but the film wouldn't be so negatively perceived considering the people who like musicals would've went to watch it.
