Lady Gaga has nothing to make a statement about or be sorry for. She did her job. The longer this sits, honestly the more Todd Phillips and Joaquin look like narcissistic idiots. 

I’m sure she has her own personal feelings about how the rollout for Joker 2 went, but she has other projects she can jump into.

Well while I was watching the movie and when “Arthur” escaped and was walking towards the appartment, it fet like that was about to happen? I really thought that Harley would be there waiting for him and kill Him

EVERY A list actor has a couple of major duds in their filmography, what looks good on paper doesn’t always translate in the final edit.

A statement denouncing past jobs is the same in Hollywood as it is for us regular folk. No one wants to risk hiring someone who might rip your the work apart. We have to remember Gaga is still very novice in film, the industry is taking notice of her, and her playing ball is apart of it. 

Gaga did everything right- she put in 110% (which is evident in reviews), she promoted the film (with stunt costuming and Harlequin), and spoke well about the experience and her cast and crew. 

It really is a little blip for Gaga’s career, and the tables for her have turned in her favour. She has the people on her side and she’s doing everything she has to do.

In Gaga’s case, Todd has already started throwing subtle shade that she was improvising + A WB exec has issued a statement that Gaga is partly to blame as well which doesn’t make sense at all

As of now I think it’s fine she hasn’t said anything but I feel if the subtle drags continue, she should say something in a classy/subtle manner

We all know she will be asked this when she starts promoting LG7 and Gaga will be probably just say "I did my part, I think the movie does what it is supposed to do, and that's entertainment"

the last time Gaga did that, iirc, is the joanne era when the chainsmokers were being directly rude about PI or AYO so she called them out

The amount of actors in movies that flop hard (literally just LOOK around... megalopolis, that marylin monroe biopic come to mind) and nobody give these actors nearly the amount of **** they give to Gaga??? 

It's literally an excuse because she's a singer and they have been Gagaphobic since 2009 so they think it's their time to shine

Of course she’s stayed silent, it’s literally the best PR move in a situation like this. ANYTHING she says, good or bad, will be used to create more stories. Silence is golden.

Maybe she’ll talk about the film when promo-ing LG7 if it comes up in interviews, but she’ll  probably be classy about it. If she hosts SNL next year then MAYBE she’ll make a reference to it in her opening monologue for a laugh, but enough time will have passed by then.

People are starting to project a tad bit much
I think she’s just silent cause she’s busy with the next thing, nothing to do with the movie’s reception whatsoever. Planning an era is a whole business endeavor that isn’t just done overnight

Just because she’s quiet doesn’t mean she’s just sitting, she’s finished with the promo obligations she had, now it’s time to move on
