She did what she could, promoted it a lot but now Warner Bros. can keep promoting... 

I think it's for the best, tbh... Maybe she's trying to keep some distance from this mess and negativity online. We'll see her again in 1-3 weeks for the lead. Now I get why she released so much, they must've know what was coming  and she made smart moves

I'm just upset that we haven't gotten a "saying" yet for this. American Horror Story: Hotel was "The art of darkness." A Star is Born was "There could be 100 people in a room...". House of Gucci was "Father, son, and house of Gucci." We haven't gotten one yet for Joker: FAD.

If you are on Twitter the hate bandwagon (I think) is slowing down. Some people (not Gaga fans) now realizing that the movie is a genius. 

100% agree. I personally loved the film and I’m surprised by the level of backlash, but there’s no way they didn’t know it was going to be divisive and rile up fans of the original - it’s clearly intentional. Put it out there and let people go wild over it.

I’m sure backlash is hard but I lowkey think all involved are somewhat enjoying the chaos. And, in light of the reactions, I also think more people will realise that it’s actually quite a brilliant movie (even with its flaws).

I was feeling the same way but I still went to see it last night and tbh the film is actually really good.

I don't want to spoilt for you, but the biggest reason people don't like is because DC fans didn't get the end they wanted...

Yes, at some points the film pacing was a little slow and the court scenes were confusing at some points, but overall amazing movie, the cinematography is stunning, Gaga's acting is the best we've see so far, and the music scenes are actually my favourite...

We’re about to step into the LG7 era, she’s usually a bit quiet beforehand but she’s also been super busy with the movie and harlequin, she deserves a little break I think

The world decided the film is not good before they even seen it so it most likely isn't the best decision to post about it. She could post her and Michael though before posting about LG7 to take the gp mind off Joker.

I think she's just over it as much as the public is. The way they edited Lee in the Movie is disappointing, she probably saw the final cut and moved on internally. I mean, during HoG Release she tweeted + posted millions of times about the movie and still did Press. compared to now, she hasn't posted anything on Social about the Movie since Sep. 18th. The Train departed. She has the #1 Song in the World right now, she has a critically acclaimed Jazz Album out and her next Pop-Album Rollout is starting soon. I doubt she is hurt by the success. The Check cleared, she used the press-publicity to her advantage and now is moving on.

Part of me wants to pretend this didn’t happen, but the other part of me can’t get over how messy this is. Like if Todd Phillips truly hated the idea of making this movie that much, why did he have to drag Gaga into it?  Feels like a sabotage. Who is giving her these scripts?

I think she knew it was going to be a rough sell going in. That look she gave Joaquin in that one interview when the interviewer asked them if they liked the final cut was very telling.
