Good or bad reviews — the masses you mentioned — will go see this movie in massive numbers. The music will get exposed and streamed. For the problem was not exactly the screen time, but here lines and their dialogues. That's very unfortunate because the movie and the character had a huge potential and we have only Todd to be blamed on this. I believe Gaga gave her best and it's sad that we haven't seen everything she's shot, here are a few that I remember that definitely were cut: - Lee singing That's Entertainment in the staircase while the Police is looking for Joker: - Lee (apparently pregnant) and coming down the stairs with Joker - Elevator scene in full makeup and looks of Harley Quinn - Courthouse stairs: kissing and then giving the finger to someone in the crowd: What else do you remember seeing that ended up being cut from the film? 2 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Honestly I think the movie just got marketed kinda weird. Not like suicide squad levels of bait and switch but just a little confusing to maximize Gaga’s star power to get butts in seats despite a semi limited presence. whats interesting though is joker in the dark knight also has limited appearances BUT every appearance is a memorable scene. So I think in terms of utilization, they maybe just didn’t maximize her potential. Granted he’s a villain and she’s a love interest but still! I don’t think screentime totals are the determinant of impact but how that time is utilized Yeah the way they advertised is just plain wrong. No wonder everyone is pissed. But as soon as the cartoon portion started, it was pretty on the nose what ‘Folie A Deux’ would be. I am also okay with the screentime, but my main gripe was how under utilized Harley is. Like if you take her character out, does the plot really change? I felt she needed atleast one standout scene in the movie. Even Mr Puddles and Ricky had way more memorable scenes , and they were in there for hardly 5 minutes. Having said that the hate the movie is getting is unreal. I know typically reviews don’t matter for movies ( Venom/ Sucide Squad), but audience scores do matter ….. that and the fact it went from this dark disgusting but brilliant movie to a musical with lady Gaga in it is def affecting the minds of simpletons on twitter, I can’t comment further because I haven’t seen it, but I guess I’ll see for myself what’s up, I was a huge fan of the first movie. RT is plummeting and I'm really not looking forward to the CinemaScore now. Mega's was a D+... Also all the scene clips they post are mostly just musical sequences that are being made fun of in the comments and quotes. I feel really bad she's attached and being clowned for this.
