I can understand the disappointment some people have that most of the album is song covers that are already in the movie, but I doubt that she just copied and pasted the songs from the film's soundtrack into Harlequin. As others have said, these are probably re-recordings of the covers that are more "Gaga."

For example, we'll probably have two versions of That's Life: the one in the movie and the one she recorded for this album. Btw I hope to god that the version of That's Life that's in the last trailer is the one on this album. I neeeed to hear that version of the song in full

Back to the Joanne World Tour VHS... I'm REALLY REACHING here, y'all, but could this be her "EFF YOU" to her father supporting Trump? Joanne was written for him, after all. The VHS is smashed and next to the sledgehammer. Also notable that there are ballet slippers on the ground (Marry the Night?). The Marry the Night video ends with her being signed to Interscope. This album is produced by her and Michael under Lil Monsters LLC and exclusively licensed TO Interscope. This possibly marks a new direction of independence.

 I want it too! Perfect Illusion, Applause, Bloody Mary, John Wayne, like that show was lit! But she was in a lot of pain that night, plus the stage malfunctioned. However I would be overjoyed if she dropped it as a JWT live album.
