It looks like it’s made by her though since it has the “Gaga” label…if it was merch for the film it would probably come from Warner Bros. Me thinks this is still part of her own special project.

I'm still thinking it's for Joker though. Gaga's the only person to post the "I'm ready for my interview" and "Don't tell me what to wear" pics, so maybe this merch was just her idea? I think it's plausible that Gaga wanted to create something for the fans, so she just decided to create something simple. The first movie had almost no merch, so maybe this was her workaround.
