I'm still thinking it's for Joker though. Gaga's the only person to post the "I'm ready for my interview" and "Don't tell me what to wear" pics, so maybe this merch was just her idea? I think it's plausible that Gaga wanted to create something for the fans, so she just decided to create something simple. The first movie had almost no merch, so maybe this was her workaround.
