It was the same when she went on Jimmy Fallon for the first time, you could tell she was incredibly nervous but trying to mask it with a sort of fake drag confidence For all the Gaga comparisons, she totally lacks the kind of natural charisma that Gaga displayed at these sort of events from the very start.
