If I didn’t have one already, I would consider buying the Pro version but I will save my coins for the next gen Switch and the numerous pop tours that might happen next year. If I really wanted one, I would resell my current PS5 and use that toward this version. I used to do that with my iPhones before they depreciate too much. The target audience already knew the specs because they keep up with this stuff and it's been leaking for months. This is just gonna pave the way for decent black Friday sales. Karl 3,586 Posted September 10, 2024 Share Posted September 10, 2024 The only thing that piques my interest is the ps5 boost feature which gives performance and resolution boosts to up to 8,500 PS4 games. I wanna play some of the older games so bad such as Black Flag or Dragon Age Inquisition but the blurry sub HD resolutions and bad FPS make it unplayable for me. I've really enjoyed the FPS boost feature on some of my Xbox games, this is kind of better because it has a resolution boost too. The price does seem insane, but when you consider people buy £1000 iPhones every year with a fraction of the power it makes sense the price is what it is.
