I think they tally it based on clicks, must be linked to a program that counts votes.

I love this performance. I remember as a kid, that this was playing simultaneously on all TVs in the home electronic store. The big wall was filled with only Gaga on the screens. They had it on loop for 3-5 times too. It’s quite a precious memory as a Little Monster.
