Who knows if this is true but I just saw these comments on a video from the interview at the Venice film festival

And if it's true we should prepare ourselves now because the meltdowns are gonna be horrendous

this is hard to measure, because i’d say she WAS in around 50% of the movie, even slightly more. I’m not dissatisfied with her screen time, but she could have less singing and more dialogue scenes. What bothers is me that her character seems kind of pointless in the story, she’s mostly just Arthur’s singing sidekick/love interest, not a stand alone Harley Quinn.

I feel that just from the trailers she's done enough scenes. Maybe she's in 40% of  the movie but i feel like it's still gonna be enough. Like it's definitely not just 30 minutes of Gaga. They shot too many scenes with her

Why did this have to go to Venice at all lmao. Even if that hack of a director didn't know it was a dud, surely someone at WB did?

Honestly, even if Gaga doesn't have a lot of screentime, I'm ok with it. I've been a comics fan for longer than I've been a little monster, and I loved the first movie back when it came out. For me, adding in Gaga was always just the icing on top. As long as she delivers—and it sounds like she does—then it's all good. 

I know that sentiment isn't shared with many people here though. Most people here are only interested in the movie because of Gaga, so I understand that it's disappointing to hear that she might be in a lot of the film.

The first movie was a huge awards contender; Joaquin even won for Best Actor and Hildur won Best Score. The first movie also attended a lot of film festivals and did a lot of press junkets, so Joker 2 going to Venice isn't out of the ordinary. 

And I wouldn't say the movie is a "dud." It's getting pretty much the same reception as the first movie: it's incredibly divisive. You'll either love it or hate it, no in-between.

I’ve just found out that they cut out the stairs scene and when Gaga kisses the woman (the scenes we saw being filmed). 
That plus with the fact that she barely gets any screen time.
I am not okay.

Same, I loved the first film and anything Batman related really so I would be watching it regardless - Gaga is a bonus!

Well, that’s disappointing, but at least we got to see those moments being filmed
