I was right about these categories last year so I wanna see if I’m getting any better at predicting this wins Predictions Pop Solo Performance -Espresso/PPP -We Can’t Be Friends -Beautiful Things -Birds of a Feather -Good Luck Babe Best Pop Duo/group performance - Fortnight - I Luv It - Guess ft Billie Eilish - Die with a Smile - I had Some Help Song/Record of the Year: these tend ti have the same nominees Birds of a Feather Espresso Beautiful Things Good Luck, Babe Texas Hold em Die With a Smile I had some help A Bar Song Not Like Us (one of these has to go cause its only 8 nominees, but Idk) Best Pop Vocal Album - Eternal Sunshine - Hit Me Hard and Soft (*) - Brat - Short N Sweet - The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess (if Brat is not submitted to Dance/Electronic instead, then either Radical Optimism or TTPD; I dont see Taylor having a lock spot this year) Best New Artist: - Benson Boone - Sabrina Carpenter - Chappell Roan - René Rap - Shaboozey - Teddy Swims - Mark Ambour (Sabrina might not be eligible if the comite decides against it. The only rule that would prohibit her from being a new artist is that you can only submit yourself up to three times to achieve the nomination. She’s submitted twice. But its been well known that the Grammy Committee will cheery pick or kick out nominees as they see fit. We might be surprised. The grammys should just ditch the whole “new” concept and rebrand the category to “Best Emerging Artist”, cause thats really what they are recognizing this days.
