When I was writing this song, I knew I needed to take a different approach to be taken seriously. I may not have everything figured out, but I take pride in writing my own songs, crafting the melodies, and performing them. ‘I Don’t Want To Die’ marks the beginning of a new chapter for me—a journey I’m fully committed to. I co-wrote this song with the incredibly talented Wez Devine, and it carries a deep personal significance.

At the end of last year, I was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder. It felt like my world was crumbling, with each day bringing a new wave of fear and uncertainty. There were nights I cried myself to sleep, feeling like I was slowly fading away. This song reflects that struggle, and I’ve embedded a hidden meaning within it, allowing it to resonate with anyone who listens.
