And I think Katy was wearing it in reference to the negative feedback she's been receiving this era, I doubt it's anything to do with Charli. I think we're safe for now... The criticism she is facing right now is due to her own actions. Plus it’s been known that she is somewhat of a mean girl in the pop scene, which is fine…. people have bad days and personalities clash…. but I don’t think she will feel apologetic until she’s forced to.
