Nope, it would have to get 12 million/day filtered to get to 1billion filtered on day 99, like DWAS.

 

It might match 7 by Jung Kook though, 108 days.

Even if we are counting unfiltered streams, APT would need 9mil+ unfiltered every day to reach 1billion unfiltered by day 99 when DWAS reached 1billion FILTERED!
