I think it resets after continuous growth for 3 consecutive weeks or more - same way it's activated when there's 3 consecutive weeks of decline after or on the 10th week of charting

 

for instance, it would activate if say (random numbers just to explain)

7th week: 15k #6

8th week: 13k #7

9th week: 11k #7

10th week: 9k #43

 

so...

23rd week: 7k #56

24th week: 8k #51

25th week: 10k #50

ROM had huge first weeks smashing, but it was nothing compared to DWAS's longevity, it's absolutely insane

Now that we have #1 on lock for next week, is it too early to discuss a potential 2nd week at #1?  both Gaga’s and Bruno longest solo hits were 6 weeks, Born This Way (her longest #1 so far) and Locked Out of Heaven, would be nice if DWAS breaks the tie, Bruno’s longest #1 week on the chart is Uptown Funk though, but I think that’s nearly impossible because it has a whopping 14 weeks at the top 💀 anyways, I’m happy DWAS is getting the #1 it deserves

the next update for disease will be the first WITHOUT today's top hits, we should wait until the next 7 days to measure where disease is.
