Okay, so I didn’t think of that possibility, but since we know for a fact that DWAS will be 2025’s first #1 on the Hot 100, what if it actually sat there for weeks? What are its chances?

Imagine, #1 single and #1 album at the same time. I don’t think it’s ever happened to Gaga. And what about two GRAMMYs in the very same week?

Thanks for the clarification, I think I remember now.

If I’m correct, it debuted at #1, stayed there for a second week, then fell to #2 or #3 in its third week, went #1 again in its forth week, then left the top for months before rising to #1 again after the Oscars

I wanna see if DWAS has a shot at #1 next week as well. This week its the highest non christmas song on hot 100

 

However the song right below it has now surpassed it in streams. I want to see if radio gap is enough to give it a chance

Maybe two weeks, and repeaking after the Grammys, but yes, I see it.

Yea I’d say until Radio starts to drop DWAS, it’ll be difficult for any song to challenge it on the Hot 100. Gracie Abrams, Kendrick, and (further back) SZA not only need to consistently outstream it, but also close a significant (~40M) gap in AI.

And, any major new release would also need this (DWAS radio to drop) in addition to a fall in streaming… it’s looking good for a few weeks at least. But 1 week at #1 would be great.
