Nobody outside of little monsters know Gaga is releasing in February.

If I was part of her mgmt team, I would highly recommend delaying until late March. Its not that much anyways, one month extra and they could even try and push:

- Second single from January

- Cute but experimental album track from March

That would make sense, no real official announcement has been made for February and no pre-oder yet. They have this advantage for adjusting a release and different plans. I wouldn't be mad at them if she doesn't fit to the Vogues release window. As long as they work hard to build something strong ahead the album release. 

She will have a big light on her for Coachella (and the rumoured Rio show ?). Maybe they should use it as a positive vibe for album promo imo

this will also give them the time to strongly push a second single in january  in order to get a hit (with the third one coming along with the album)

I think everyone will be okay waiting few additional weeks especially if we have another single (and hopefully more frontloaded promo) to build up a momentum. Just my opinion though, no meltdown

A live album from Adele isn't a theat to Lady Gaga in the US and elsewhere beside UK (IF even).

February 21th is fine.

Delaying wont help anything, I dont see the point in waiting for the perfect moment 'cause there will never be one. They counted on Joker to boost Gaga and Disease and it failed to do it.

I kinda agree tbh, But well I just don't see Interscope throwing her into the line of fire thinking she will do bad commercially anyway, and betting everything on Kendrick Lamar. That would be just...  I mean she's Lady Gaga, still one of their biggest artists. 

But that's only guess maybe they have a real HUGE deal for second single that will be such a big click on the general audience of course, wait and see I guess.
