ARUTW was not a promo single, and was not a single at all in the U.S. / WW. It was not released prior to the album or as a physical standalone single at any point. It was serviced to French (and possibly Italian) Radio as the 2nd single after Shallow, making it a single in those limited territories only (Eh Eh, Dance In The Dark).
