Perfect Illusion: 6 weeks (Perfect Illusion actually left the chart after 5 weeks but it re-entered at #78 after album release.

Hopefully everyone is streaming since like @TEANUS mentioned, points at the bottom of the Hot 100 are low and only a small difference will determine whether Disease makes it to 2025 with 6 wks vs. 10. From a Charts POV, we’d want to see it last as long as possible, but given how passionate and happy she is about the song, it’d be nice to support its legacy and exposure. PI and SL lasted 5 and 9 weeks in their initial runs (+1 week on album release) so 10 would already be a win.

But, if it does last 10 wks, I think it’s almost guaranteed another ~4 in Jan once Xmas songs drop off and Radio recalibrates, and if it reaches 18 weeks, it may have a shot at the BB Year End Chart which runs from Nov - Oct (I think?) with points earned during weeks where songs chart (so if it falls off to 101-105, no points are earned). 

Acclaimed top 40 solo lead single with 14-18 wks on the Hot 100 and slot on the BB Year End Chart (Bloody Mary was her first solo entry at #98 since Applause) would be more than enough to shut up all the “fans” who labeled this a flop and continue to whine about “solo hits!” and other nonsense.

I think it will be difficult for Disease to chart further this month, it may probably exit the chart after this week. But it is still possible for Disease to re-enter in January and continue it's chart run, am I right?

It shouldn’t be too difficult for it to remain on the Hot 100 this week at least since there weren’t any big releases last Friday or album bombs we’d expect to occupy multiple spots above it. Most songs around it (except 3-5) are older and dropping, in addition to ones higher up that might go recurrent (Not Like Us, Please Please Please) or fall faster (Kendrick and Tyler the Creator album tracks), etc.

Disease is - at worst - stable on Radio and down slightly in sales and streaming. Songs dropped by Radio or bleeding in streams without any Airplay like those above should see a greater % drop, while the WoW drop for Disease stabilizes (-17, -13, next week would be like -9). So even if a couple songs surpass it, it should be able to cling to the lower 90s.
