The prevalence of "Disease" on TikTok has surged significantly compared to previous weeks, showing accelerated growth. I anticipate another viral TikTok featuring "Disease" by Gaga within the next 48 hours, which could further boost its visibility and impact.

However, it’s concerning that the song is dropping out of the Top 200 charts in most regions. I believe she should prioritize focusing on the USA, UK, and Brazil to build stronger streams and sustain the song’s momentum until the new year. Afterward, she could give it a final push with a TV performance, vinyl release, merch, and other promotional efforts before taking a step back in late January to prepare for the second single.

Is top 10 repeak possible? That's the big question!

But charts aside, this is a fantastic single from Gaga which will be appreciated more and more as time goes by. Such a festival crowd pleaser of a song it is!

Honestly I feel like they know Disease won't be a hit (for many reasons out of hand, like period of release, DWAS sucking all the attention of it, Joker situation and more). I doubt we'll get physical copies of it

They are probably keeping the budget ready for single #2 and album.

That said I deeply hope she already has a music video ready for next single. Because a release on same day as the song is like something she NEEDS to do this time.
