I wouldn't be surprised if they're trying to stretch out the campaign a little, a quick Top 5 hit would be amazing but if it falls to #23 the following week, that'll just be embarrassing. Her whole discography gets a 5-10% push around Halloween and with Disease probably getting even more playlisting for halloween, things like the MV release, (re)posting Tiktoks and the release of physical Media are a good way to work around the sparse promo opportunities artists have nowadays. I mean, a (viral) Jimmy Kimmel Performance did nothing for Happy Mistakes and bigger things like SNL are being saved for the album release. Outside of the EMAs there are also sadly no Award Shows and I don't know if the EMAs have the budget for a Gaga Performance lol. I really have hopes for Monday as well, with physical copies dropping right after that (maybe even featuring art from the Video?). I already had ads for the Song on IG saying "Lady Gaga - Are you ready for a new Era?" using footage from the Teaser! To put it mildly, I don't understand Gaga's team, what they think about themselves at all: where are the physical copies of the discs, where is the clip, why do we have such silence, what is going on?
