I know it's confusing, but Kworb . net's worldwide apple music is different from the Apple Music Global App Top 100. I think kworb has its own formula or pointing system. They even update in different times. I witnessed kworb . net before apple music came/streaming era, we were checking kworb for itunes back then because it is fast & accessible, charts became "a lot" since streaming era became a thing. So, regarding official positions, Disease debuted 4 positions below DWAS on AM? That's not bad, considering it has only one fanbase this time. DWAS got more public exposure since the music video was immediately available. Though other people think MVs do not help nowadays, i still think MVs still help when it comes to promo/noise.
