It doesnt, Youtube views/streams are different from Spotify streams but they both count for charting on the Hot 100. I know for paid Spotify subscriptions 150 streams of the song equals 1 sale. I dont know how many streams counts for free subscription maybe 300-450 streams? I know this varies as well on what streaming platform you are on.
