Should Smile 2 use 'Die With a Smile' for their marketing?

She doesn't have to do any work for Smile 2, she can simply allow them to use in their marketing, which also gives her free promo for her and Bruno's song

Is it distributed by Warner? Cause if not, I’m not even sure she’s legally allowed to do this

I announced it as the soundtrack theme song to Smile 2 in that other thread a few days ago.  You must have missed it.
