Not only that, but whatever campaign plans he had are up in smoke. Also, I think getting revenge on Biden was a big motivational factor for Trump, and now he's never going to get it. His record against Biden will always be 0-1. It was a defeatist thing to say too, the kind of thing a politician might say in the backroom but should never say in public.
