If I remember correctly... auto generated audio refers to the automatically uploaded videos YouTube generates for every song. For example, this is the auto generated audio for Angel Down: Spoiler & UGC refers to User Generated Content which basically means fan-made lyric and music videos, etc. That are otherwise not official but use the song!
