It doesn't matter. The fox debate was never agreed to so Kamala is not backing out of the anything. He doesn't get to just dictate the terms of how this goes, even though he thinks he can. They are still very right wing/slant republican and it's one of the few networks I've seen Trump grant interviews of late too.
