There are too many but if I had to pick just one, I'd say Like a Prayer. I know it was/is a big hit but everything about it is so perfect! The vocals, the production, the choir, the instrumental, and I'd also say the music video just make it one of her best.

 

If I could say some honorable mentions, I would say Till Death Do Us Part, Waiting, Survival,  Drowned World / Substitute for Love, Paradise (Not For Me), and Love Spent.
