I'm not even a follower of Celine and I don't know this song (though it sounds familiar) but that was something else. Very emotional, moving, affecting. Celine's voice hits totally different in her native tongue and it was this moment that made me appreciate what a beautiful language French is. This is the kinda culture that millions travel all over the world to witness, why it is so romanticised. Even in the modern age, this timeless and classic performance is as French as it gets.
