Whoever wrote this really has an issue with male artists daring to show their chest in unbuttoned shirts or being shirtless. I read the whole list and it’s quite a theme.

I noticed that too. Most of these covers aren't even that bad, but there was a lot of "Ew, male body, gross!" comments from the author.

Not Revolver getting picked for this, but they completely skip over Beatles For Sale and that one cover Megadeth had...the ragebait is real.

The Beatles had a few tragic covers in their earlier days. Revolver is not one of them. It is one of the most iconic album covers ever.

All of their covers are iconic, I can't find one that's ugly.

And basically mocking them for trying to be sexy which I think is really rude.

Well yeagmh, they're all iconic.

I would have tolerared Beatles For Sale though considering it's pretty underrated. But even that wouldn't make sense lol...at this point leave them out.

I really like the Queen one. Yes it's bizarre, but that's the point. Graphically it was really well done.

I think For Sale is fine, it's simple and not one of their most memorable, but it's far from being bad!

I have to say that I am impressed by the eye-blending effect on The Miracle. You can't tell which eye belongs to whom. But then I'm reminded that the rest of the picture is terrifying.

Their official UK ones all range from good to amazing (although I’ve never been a huge fan of the look of Please Please Me). Their US covers for the US versions of the albums though often were quite bad. Once they started using the same covers and releasing the same album everywhere, it was fine.
