I wouldn't either but that would be a very normal celeb thing to do, jet somewhere for a performance and go.

She could totally stay and work and enjoy the games. I mean it's Paris not countryside. There're everything she needs there (studios, photographers and more). Her team is with her. If she's booked for closing event she'll need to rehearse anyway.
