It was allegedly an "appearance" but since it was cancelled we have no idea if she was going to perform or not like, why would she just appear? HOWEVER, did anyone read the rest of his comments? He's saying he can't confirm anything... Also someone asked if he could reveal anyone else on the "lists" and he said I wouldn't put faith into rando Twitter peeps so quickly. Lastly, it's HIGHLY likely that Gaga is not rehearsing in Europe at all, not in public. It's probably being kept top secret (if it's happening).
