You can tell she puts in the work and she WANTS it, but the execution and concepts are just a little messy and too reminiscent of Miley's Bangerz and Can't Be Tamed eras. I respect her for doing what she wants and ignoring the haters, the production is pretty nice and it's catchy. Let's see what she has in store over the years.
