Illegal immigration is a tiny fraction of the population growth in this country. If you cut illegal immigration to 0 tomorrow, the net migration into the UK would barely drop by a single % point. 
And we can't cut legal immigration into this country, as it's the only thing actually filling jobs in our Social care & Health care sectors. 
Staff are running around in hospitals like headless chickens, because there isn't enough of them to get the work done even without an emergency. When I was in hospital last year with menegitis, there was 1 doctor assigned to our ward. There were 50 beds on that ward. 40 of them were filled with elderly patients who couldn't be discharged because there was no social care available for them. 

Now as for your blatantly racist comments about your neighbour - 93% of child victims of assault know their abuser. Almost all of the abusers are a family member or a family friend. The colour of someone's skin does not make them a child abuser. Child abuse in this country predates the arrival of your neighbour by 1000s of years. 

As for your comments about how many countries these people pass through - we take one of the smallest amounts of people in as refugees compared to every other nation in Europe. Only 30,000 people crossed the channel in 2023. 
As of 2023 here is the top 10 countries with the highest refugee population according to the UNHCR definition:
1. Iran - 3.4 million
2. Turkey 3.3 million
3. Germany 2.5 million
4. Pakistan 2 million
5. Uganda 1.5 million
6. Russia 1.25 million
7. Poland 990k
8. Bangladesh 960k
9. Sudan 926k
10. Ethiopia 921k

Down at 20. UK 365k - 10% of what Iran & Turkey have taken in as of 2023's year end stats. France has taken double what we have, Spain ranks higher than us as well.

Im absolutely certain the NHS doesn't employ people who don't speak fluent English. These people are usually skilled workers, nurses and doctors that have studied and then chosen to come to the UK to work and have a better life. And guess what, your precious society absolutely depends on a migrant workforce. 

You already know the NHS is majorly underfunded, so why then do you chose to take out your anger on the very people that work there? Make that make sense.

Also, breaking news, perverts come in all ethnicities and races.

Just to clarify, the fault isn't of immigrants. Many of these have fled from horrific situations we can't even fathom. It's the GOVERNMENT, that is the problem.

How dare any of you accuse me of being racist. The fact that someone would judge anyone based on their skin is crazy to me its just like hair or eye colour etc. I admit I'm a little xenophobic but I'm working on that and it comes from deep rooted issues
