Edonis 28,974
Polls will certainly change the closer we get to the election, but this is extremely concerning.
Mindblown 6,746
Love that they're like "Oh most presidents do bad in their first debates". There's a difference from doing bad in a debate and literally being unable to form a coherent sentence.

NUTELLA 27,687
We have a candidate who performed poorly during a debate. But if he drops out of the race now, we will have unprecedented chaos, scrambling to make an alternative work in time, and with limited funds. Talk s*** all you want, but no matter what, vote blue. Roughhouse Dandy 13,699
I sure wish the republican party sabotaged itself like the democrats do. But at least they have the sense to fall in line to get what they want. This is my Hannah Montana™️ lipgloss.

Eh, not really. If Harris were endorsed by Biden as the successor, the delegate switch would be pretty clean given that she’s already on the ticket. But, as much as it pains me to say this, I predict many Americans would shy away from voting for her. Even some “democrats.” Misogyny & racism sneak up on people, even those who claim to be immune to it. Until after the election, Joe Biden is still our safest bet. God help us all. I think Kamala is the only person that could feasibly replace Biden since she's already on the ticket, but even then she comes with her own set of issues. She's not particularly popular and you could lobby a lot of the same criticisms Biden's gotten over the years (minus the age thing) to Kamala since she's been a part of his presidential administration since the beginning. Regardless, I don't think they're replacing him. 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔪𝔬𝔫𝔰𝔱𝔢𝔯 𝔱𝔬𝔯𝔢 𝔞𝔴𝔞𝔶 𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔪𝔞𝔰𝔨 𝔞𝔫𝔡...𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔣𝔞𝔠𝔢 𝔴𝔞𝔰 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔢.
REALITY 80,176
I still don't know if this will matter as much by the time we get to November. If Biden continues to show a decline in his mental/physical capabilities, then yeah, it'll probably affect things, but there's still time for things to turn around. I mean, I imagine the Supreme Court's decision on immunity is going to affect how voters will view another Trump-based administration. Stuff that should (and hopefully will) get people to turn out more. Though I have problems with Biden, he's 100% the better alternative. I'm just hoping people see that. They can be pretty accurate too because they’re not using it to spin a story. They’re using it to allocate funds. If memory serves me right, Hillary Clinton’s internal polling spelled disaster for her in key counties leading up to the election.
