REALITY 80,176
Isn’t it true that presidential debates, in general, don’t have a strong effect on election results? I mean, if that’s true, maybe Biden’s bad optics won’t be such a bad thing come November I feel like this debate is just performative anyway. You could argue it’s for “undecided voters,” but I feel like we’ve seen enough of Trump and Biden to understand where they stand on certain issues and how they’d both run the country. I don’t think these presidential debates will significantly change people’s minds. By now, you already know who you’re voting for 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔪𝔬𝔫𝔰𝔱𝔢𝔯 𝔱𝔬𝔯𝔢 𝔞𝔴𝔞𝔶 𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔪𝔞𝔰𝔨 𝔞𝔫𝔡...𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔣𝔞𝔠𝔢 𝔴𝔞𝔰 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔢. I think you’re right about both candidates being essentially known entities atp, but it’s also just so frustrating when the Dems saddle us with another nominee that’s gonna struggle to beat Trump when, in theory, it should be ridiculously easy lmao We have forgotten our public MANNERS

Yeah, that’s true, but I also think that most of the folks who went into this believing Biden was senile probably wouldn’t be swayed by a good debate performance either We have forgotten our public MANNERS
