I quit watching pron, literally a plague and lbr, nobody cares who watches it anymore. Its everywhere. Ive been clean 2 months now and gosh I feel so great! Ive gotten into studying religion/ reading books, bought a calendar/diary, Im becoming more social and confident in person, I had a 3 hour long conversation yesterday with this cute park ranger. Just the 2 of us talking outside with the cool breeze and sunny day. Better than anything pron offers. And I want to keep it that way. This isnt even my smartphone Im using, its my mom's lol! I personally own a flipphone. But yeah, I think if more guys try to quit it (and all social media really), their lives can change, if they really want to.
