They will either release pre-joker or post-joker. Also its undoubtedly a 2024 release. Its been 4 years (Gaga’s preferred new album cycle) and Gaga does not tease an album a year in advance, at least not since ARTPOP. Also let’s not forget we didn’t even get a twitter post teaser, we got something overseen by her entire team/label in the form of a NEW SONG snippet. It could have just been LG7 Gaga returns without a new song teaser. The fact they teased a song to me in something they want everyone to see (TCB concert film) confirms to me that it’s a 2024 release. It was the beginning of LG7 promo. It’s just a waiting game now.
